Daily Mirror – Braverman refugee attack: Poisonous 

The Daily Mirror says Home Secretary Suella Braverman “sank to new depths with a vile attack on asylum seekers in a bid to mask her own dismal failings.”

The paper describes the speech as “poisonous” and Sacha Deshmukh, chief executive of Amnesty UK, calling the speech a “display of cynicism and xenophobia”.

David Walliams is suing BGT after the TV judge was axed from the show, according to the front page of the Mirror.
