Boris Johnson to claim Partygate inquiry is ‘biased and unlawful’ in defence dossier
The Metro says Boris Johnson will defend his antics in the Partygate scandal in a 50-page dossier that will be handed to Parliament today.
In a bid to save his political career the former PM will claim the inquiry into four parties held in Number 10 during lockdown is ‘unlawful’ and ‘politically biased’.
He is also set to show new WhatsApp messages that he was ‘advised rules weren’t breached.’
He is also said to say he ‘acted in good faith’ and that there was a ‘general assumption’ that events were compliant, according to The Times.
