Duncan James of Blue has said he would love for S Club 7 to get back together… because he knows exactly what we all want next year.
The All Rise hitmakers, who released their first album in seven years, Heart & Soul, in October, have just finished a major comeback arena tour.
During their heyday, the group landed three number one singles, Too Close, If You Come Back, and Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word, alongside Elton John.
The group represented the UK at Eurovision in 2011 with I Can, and were also involved with the Big Reunion alongside Atomic Kitten and Liberty X in 2013.
S Club 7, who went by the name S Club after the departure of Paul Cattermole in 2001, currently play shows under the name S Club All Stars.
James, 51, has said he would love to see his former chart rivals get all seven members back together and embark on a reunion tour of their own.

He said: ‘I personally love S Club 7. I’d love to see them make a big comeback with all of them. They were from my era.’
S Club released four albums between 1999 and 2002, scoring 11 top 10 singles – four of which reached the coveted number one spot.
James says that, were the Never Had a Dream Come True singers to reunite, they would be welcomed back with open arms.

‘I think people just want to hear good pop music. It doesn’t matter what era you come from – a lot of 90s and 00s bands do come back for nostalgia tours.’
He continued: ‘It’s just about people enjoying music. We’re just happy to be getting a second bite of the cherry.’
S Club All Stars released the single Family in 2017, when the group’s line-up consisted of original members Bradley, Jo, and Tina.
