Backstreet Boys star Nick Carter has launched a fundraiser in memory of his late brother, Aaron Carter, who died aged 34.
The US child star and rapper’s shock death came after he was found at his home in California earlier this month.
Following his death, older brother Nick said he was ‘heartbroken,’ despite having a turbulent relationship with his brother.
Carter’s twin sister Angel also shared a tribute on social media, stating that she hopes he’s ‘at peace’.
Now, nine days after Carter’s death, the two siblings have set up a fundraiser for a children’s mental health charity.

Nick and Angel have asked fans to donated to On Our Sleeves: The Movement for Children’s Mental Health in his honour.
A representative for the singer, 42, told DailyMail.com: ‘For fans looking to pay tribute to the life of Aaron Carter, a donation page has been established in lieu of flowers that will benefit On Our Sleeves: The Movement for Children’s Mental Health, an organisation that Nick Carter has long supported and serves as an Ambassador for.
‘On Our Sleeves is on a mission to provide every community in America access to free, evidenced-informed educational resources necessary for breaking stigmas about child mental health as well as educating families and advocates.

‘I have always held onto the hope, that he would somehow, someday want to walk a healthy path and eventually find the help that he so desperately needed,’ he added, saying that ‘mental illness is the real villain’ in his sibling’s death.
Just one day after the news broke, the Backstreet Boys took to the stage at London’s O2 Arena, and the star broke down in tears.
