Pubs call for relaxed alcohol laws on Sunday for England’s World Cup final The Women’s World Cup final is just around the corner, with England set to face Spain on Sunday at 11:00 BST. Pubs in England are calling for licensing laws to be relaxed to allow venues to serve alcohol from 10:00 on the day of the final.
