Arnold Schwarzenegger is back in the high octane trailer for his first ever TV series.
The action hero is set to play CIA Operative Luke Brunner in FUBAR, an adrenaline fueled comedy drama for Netflix, and fans haven’t got too long to wait to see his series debut.
Alongside the teaser trailer, the streaming platform tweeted: ‘Arnold is back — and starring in his first TV series ever: FUBAR! Everything else is top secret, except for that ice pack he’s gonna need.’
Netflix’s website does give a few more details, with Arnie’s character forced ‘back into the field for one last job’ when the show debuts on May 25, 2023.
The synopsis teases: ‘A CIA Operative on the verge of retirement discovers a family secret. Forced to go back into the field for one last job, the series tackles universal family dynamics set against a global backdrop of spies, action and humour.’
As well as taking the lead, Arnie will also serve as executive producer alongside Nick Santora, who is on board as showrunner.

Meanwhile, other executive producers include Adam Higgs, Scott Sullivan, Holly Dale, and Bill Bost with Skydance’s David Ellison and Dana Goldberg.
The trailer is packed with everything you’d want from Arnie, including the actor riding the streets in a motorbike, explosions and a hilarious ‘sack tap’ from Fortune Feimster ‘for being sentimental’ to bring things to an end.

‘I’m back, baby,’ he quipped earlier in the clip.
Not surprisingly, fans are loving the idea and can’t wait to see it unfold, with one Twitter user writing: ‘Take my money.’
‘This is either going to be fantastic or terrible. I can’t imagine anything in between,’ said a second fan, while another pointed out that good or bad, they’re still desperate to see it.
A fourth person tweeted: ‘His swag is irreplaceable. He’s definitely BACKKKK…. #arnoldisback,’ and yet another added: ‘Yes please. It’s the era of angry old dudes with guns TV and we’re just living in it.’
FUBAR is coming to Netflix on May 25, 2023.
