WTX News will consider submissions for sponsored posts with original pieces on timely topics.
- Must provide High Res copyright free images min 800 px
- A sample of your product or service so we can verify.
- You must provide images about your company and details of ownership.
- Pieces submitted should be in the range of 600-800 words.
- Must provide your target area and type of customers you are looking to target.
- Please check the names and spellings before you submit your content.
- Check your url and social media links are active and correct.

What to do before your sponsored post has been published?
- Company Details – Address, URL and social links
- Images – provide new pictures in raw footage – This means images that have not been shared between WhatsApp, as this reduces the quality. We recommend you take at least 5 pictures a few inside and few outside and pictures of your team and operations and of the owner/ceo(these are suggestions)
- Description – a short description about your business – and what your best at USPs – Facilities – and how you help clients.
- Testimonials – are always a good reference point that people like to read.
- Quotes – These can be from staff or from the owner

Tips to boost your engagement for sponsored content
A few tips for extra engagement – Readers love to read a story and follow the progress – that’s what create true engagement.
So we have created a suggestions for you to use to create some buzz as the post has been published. This is by no means mandatory but if you really want to make the most out of your sponsored post then here are a few ideas form our content creators.

Create – Create a few social media posts – ideas – take pictures of you taking pictures for the post – describe what you are doing – “We’ve got a pretty team – getting ready for a photoshoot for our review on WTX News”
Buzz – Share your excitement – We’re getting reviewed by WTX News and as you can see we are a bit excited.
Entice – Then a few days before we go live – share a post – we have a special offer coming for our customers in our review – Will be live on monday (the day it’s being published), Watch this space!”
If your content is engaging – you never know- we may even suggest using it in the article or as follow up.
What you should do after your sponsored post has been published
- Website – Post the excerpt of the article or write your own and blog it on your website – you can reuse the images we created.
- Social media – promote it on social media and tag us ( ask us if you are unsure how to do it)
- Google my Business – add the post on your google my business profile and publish it. Google will use it to rank you to the top.
- Email blast – Share the post on your weekly newsletter to your clients and subscribers. This encourages and reminds people why you are so good.
- Comment – on the post on the website and encourage your followers to do it
- Engagement – If your package includes a social media blast – share our posts on your stories, retweet and comment on the posts and we will also feature that on the article.

Terms and conditions for sponsored posts
In order to submit, authors must agree to the following guidelines:
- The article has not been previously published and you are submitting it for potential publication on WTX exclusively. You understand that any other use of the article if published would have to be approved by WTX.
- You will disclose before publication any conflicts that could arise, including any financial interests you may have that are related to the topic being written about. These will be disclosed as appropriate on the site to ensure transparency to users.
- WTX is solely responsible for deciding whether to publish the article.
- Articles are subject to revisions, editing and fact-checking. (max once per order)
- You will provide a brief bio and a colour photo by email and grant WTX ( and its partners) the non-exclusive right to use the photo to accompany the article or report about the article in all media worldwide in perpetuity. Please indicate who should be credited for the photo.
- You may only submit an article that you have authored. Articles must not defame, infringe or violate the rights of others.
- No third party links are allowed in the post and no link cloaking urls.
- No custom code is allowed in the post uploads.
- All images must be provided in Jpeg or PNG format and must be a minimum of 800 px. For featured image it must be 1200 px min
- You will provide sources for factual statements in the article to expedite fact-checking.
- You grant WTX News( and its partners) the exclusive perpetual, worldwide license, but not the obligation, to use, edit, telecast, rerun, reproduce, translate, syndicate, license, print, distribute and otherwise exploit the article, or any portion of it, in all media whether now known or hereafter developed.
- At its discretion, WTX News may link to an appropriate website when it publishes the article – for example, a publisher’s page for a book or a video on YouTube.
