Larne Business Forum calls on Stormont to address dilapidated buildings in town centre

The vice-chair of Larne Business Forum is calling on Stormont to take action on derelict town centre properties in the area. With many buildings sitting empty and falling into disrepair, local businesses are feeling the impact of the neglected properties.

In a recent statement, the vice-chair highlighted the negative effects that these derelict buildings are having on the town’s economy and overall appearance. He emphasized the need for urgent action to revitalize these properties and attract new businesses to the area.

Local residents have also expressed frustration with the lack of progress on addressing the issue of derelict properties in Larne. Many feel that these buildings are not only an eyesore, but also a safety hazard and a deterrent to potential investors.

As pressure mounts on Stormont to take action, the vice-chair of Larne Business Forum is hopeful that meaningful steps will be taken to address the problem. He is calling for a comprehensive plan to tackle the issue of derelict properties and breathe new life into the town centre.

With the support of the community and local businesses, the vice-chair is optimistic that positive change can be achieved. As the call for progress grows louder, all eyes are on Stormont to deliver on their promises and bring much-needed revitalization to Larne’s town centre.
