Wrestler dies in accident aged just 21

Asahi, the 21-year-old wrestler, has passed away. She worked for Actwres girl’Z (AWG) promotion in Japan and had an unexpected accident on February 1, leading to her tragic death. 

The promotion shared in a statement that they cancelled their upcoming show on February 9 because everyone is mourning the loss of Asahi. They also expressed gratitude to all who supported her.

Asahi’s final match happened on January 31 at AWG’s event, where she teamed up with Yufa to defeat Ayano Irie and Kira An.
