US and UK hint at military action after largest Houthi attack in Red Sea
The US and UK have hinted about using military action against the Houthi rebels in Yemen. This comes after the rebels attacked ships in the Red Sea, but the US and UK stopped 21 of their drones and missiles. The UN also said the attacks need to stop right away.
The Houthi rebels say they are targeting ships connected to Israel to protest against Israel’s actions in Gaza. Some countries voted for the UN resolution, but others like Russia and China didn’t vote.
