The Guardian says the Metropolitan Police commissioner has defied calls for a ban on a pro-Palestinian march in London on Armistice Day as he insisted on the independence of his force amid intense government pressure to act.
The paper quotes Sir Mark saying that the organisers of the march have “shown complete willingness to stay away from the Cenotaph and Whitehall and have no intention of disrupting the nation’s remembrance events”.
It adds that his statement comes “despite a chorus of cabinet ministers, including the home secretary and justice secretary, insisting the march should not go ahead”.
He’s accused of fraud.
‘A doctor who dedicated his whole life for Gaza. I am sorry the world failed you.’
Time is running out.
