Fancy some hoodies full of holes that cost more than the average price of a rental property outside of London?
Then you’re in luck, because Givenchy has it covered.
The brand, popular with footballers Cristiano Ronaldo and Jack Grealish, is selling dark red ripped-up hoodies for £1,250, and khaki and faded black ones for £1,090.
To put that in perspective, the average price of a rental property for regions outside of London hit record highs of £1,231 per month in July, according to figures released by Rightmove. If you’re in London, that number rises to £2,567.
These hoodies are described as having a ‘destroyed effect’, and have the ‘Givenchy’ logo stamped on the chest.

Love the look? Well, you’re in luck, because there are matching destroyed effect Bermuda shorts for £850 and destroyed effect T-shirts for £750 to complete the look.
Just make sure you handle all your ripped garments with care, because they can’t be tumble-dried and can only be washed at 30C on a ‘delicate’ cycle.
Luxury brands just love selling ‘distressed’ items, like Balenciaga’s ‘destroyed’ £1,290 trainers covered in holes and dirt from last year.
You could also get mule versions with the backs cut off for £350.
