Do LadBaby have plans for a sixth consecutive Christmas number one? (Picture: Pukka)
It’s unclear if LadBaby will be bidding for a sixth consecutive Christmas number one in 2023, but their annual food campaign has started early.
The YouTuber and musician, who has specialised in charity singles in recent years, has raised thousands for the Trussell Trust and food banks around the UK.
Beginning in 2018, Mark Hoyle and his wife Roxanne have since made the festive season LadBaby season with several campaigns on YouTube and on TV.
And this year it seems they’re getting in the holiday spirit early after teaming up with pie manufacturer Pukka to create the ultimate Christmas dinner pie.
The pie contains chicken pieces and traditional festive sage and onion pork stuffing balls, as well as chipolata sausages and smoked bacon.
Money raised from sales of the Christmas dinner pie will once again be donated to the Trussell Trust, as is custom during LadBaby’s festive campaigns.

Speaking about the new scheme, LadBaby Mum Roxanne shared her excitement about teaming up with the company established 60 years ago.
‘We’re absolutely buzzing to have joined forces with Pukka to cook up something special for the nation, supporting the incredible work of the Trussell Trust.’
Rachel Cranston of Pukka said: ‘We couldn’t be happier that our first ever Christmas Pie is brought to you by festive icons, LadBaby.’
She continued: ‘Mark and Roxanne got to know our bakery and worked with our chefs hands-on to cook up this recipe, and we can’t wait for everyone to try it.’
LadBaby first came to major public attention in 2018 when their cover version of Starship’s We Built This City was the Christmas number one for that year.

Since then, LadBaby went on to break the record for the most consecutive UK Christmas number ones and the most Christmas number ones overall with five.
Their Christmas number one for 2022, Food Aid, a reworking of Do They Know It’s Christmas?, dropped 84 places to number 85 in the first week of January 2023.
Roxanne revealed in 2020 that she was inspired to use LadBaby to raise money for food banks after being unable to afford food at points in her past.
