FIFA Women’s World Cup fixtures
Day 2 of the 2023 Women’s World Cup sees Nigeria face Canada, the Philippines take on Switzerland and Spain meet Costa Rica.
On Thursday both host nations – New Zealand and Australia won their opening matches against Norway and Ireland.
New Zealand shocked everyone with a 1-0 win over Norway, and Australia – who are without star player Sam Kerr – managed to win 1-0 despite Ireland’s strong defence.
