Lily Allen has given fans a glimpse at her relatable side, albeit a slightly painful side judging by her posture.
The singer and actress shared two snapshots of herself hunched over a plate of noodles during a recent appearance on ITV’s This Morning.
However, it wasn’t the delicious grub that she was showing off, but rather her curved upper body as she devoured her meal while standing up, a position that would give all chiropractors heart palpitations.
Along with the pictures on Instagram, she wrote: ‘ my posture is so bad I am horrified.’
Followers and fellow celebs loved her painful-looking pics and clearly related, though, with celebrity stylist Erica Cloud commenting: ‘It’s the “mind the clothes” stance’.
Coronation Street star Catherine Tyldesley backed up her bizarre stance, joking: ‘Standard pasta posture! You’ll be reet! X’
Meanwhile, chef and host of The Great British Menu Andi Oliver proclaimed ‘Gotta eat kid!’ and singer Yebba Smith declared her an ‘icon’.
Others rushed to the captions to praise her for being ‘real’, with one devotee writing:‘That is the I’m getting down on these noodles posture’.
One fan even wrote ‘Lily thank you for being iconic and relatable’, while another dubbed her ‘the people’s princess’ for sharing the unfiltered candid pictures.
The photos appear to have been taken backstage during the star’s recent appearance on This Morning, where she and co-star Steve Pemberton were speaking about their show on the West End, The Pillowman.
Created by Martin McDonagh in 2003, the show follows Lily’s fictional writer as she is imprisoned by a totalitarian state.
Lily, 38, who is the first woman to play the role, said previously she ‘can’t wait to bring it to life each night on stage and for audiences to get to experience it.’

The star is married to actor David Harbour, 48, from the hit Netflix show Stranger Things, and uses her social media profile to share everything from polished press images to behind-the-scenes sneak peeks of her day-to-day life.
The couple married in 2020 after just a year of dating, eloping to Las Vegas along with her two daughters.
Their loving relationship knows no bounds, with David literally taking to the pavement to show support for his talented wife’s new role in the West End show.
Ever candid, she recently shared how her husband David’s used a picture of his Stranger Things character, Jim Hopper, on his dating app profile. However, Lily recently ruled out any possibility of her joining the cast for a spin-off.
