Kim Kardashian expressed her shock when hearing of Angelina Wiley’s story.
Skims founder Kim, 42, reposted one of 22-year-old Angelina’s TikTok videos to her own Instagram page over the weekend alongside the word: ‘Wow.’
It’s no wonder doting mum Kim was left gobsmacked by Angelina’s story, with the Kardashian fan explaining in her clip that at the beginning of the year, she was shot four times and the Skims bodysuit she was wearing at the time saved her life.
Angelina explained: ‘This New Year’s I got shot four times. The night I got shot, under my dress, I was wearing a SKIMS shaping bodysuit. It was so tight on me that it literally kept me from bleeding out.’
Angelina was out in Kansas City with friends celebrating NYE when the shooting occurred.
Two months later, Angelina recalled the events in a series of TikTok videos, revealing that she’d decided to get something to eat at around 1.30am so headed to a nearby food truck.

Angelina recalled that people were ‘fighting in the road’ and that a ‘man wearing a ski’ mask then started shooting.
The social media user said that she ‘didn’t know’ she’d been ‘shot immediately’ and tried to get to safety with a friend.
However, once Angelina reached the food truck, she collapsed and quickly realised she’d been shot.

Angelina was told at hospital that she’d been hit four times in total and still has a bullet lodged in her stomach.
Updating people in a recent GoFundMe post, Angelina wrote: ‘I’ve gone through ups and downs as I hopped, scooted, and rolled around everywhere when I couldn’t walk.’
Angelina, known as ‘Nina’, added: ‘I continue to have a lot of struggles with my hip ever since the fracture as well as many other pains.
‘The bullet still in me causes random pains and honestly I struggle with severe ptsd ever since the shooting.
‘It has made returning to work full-time difficult.’
