The Metro says The head of the BBC will be questioned today over allegations that one of its top presenters paid a teenager £35,000 for sexually explicit images.
Director-general Tim Davie is due to be quizzed when he faces the media for a scheduled briefing this afternoon.
A male member of staff was suspended after claims he paid the youngster sums of money over a three-year period.
The BBC has been branded ‘liars’ by the parents of the person, who claim they first raised concerns seven weeks ago.
