After being brutally smacked in the face by a phone while performing, Bebe Rexha is continuing her tour – and she’s sporting some impressive eyewear.
Bebe assured fans that the show must go on after the singer was left with a black eye when a phone hit her in the face at a gig in New York recently.
The 33-year-old didn’t let the injury stop her from continuing her tour but as she stepped out on stage in Los Angeles, fans noticed she had on some protective glasses.
It’s not known if the giant blue glasses were an intentional protective measure after the attack but they certainly made an impact.
The I’m A Mess singer wore a sparkly blue jacket over a matching sparkly blue top and satin trousers, accessorising with satin gloves and the blue protective specs.
Bebe was performing her Best F***in’ Night Of My Life Tour when she was struck by a phone, causing her to grab her face in pain and end the show early.

A man called Nicolas Malvagna was arrested and charged, ‘pursuant to an ongoing investigation’.
According to Rolling Stone, the 27-year-old reportedly explained his motives and said: ‘I was trying to see if I could hit her with the phone at the end of the show because it would be funny.’
Bebe posted a triumphant picture on her Instagram, showing off the injury, with the caption: ‘I’m good.’
She returned for the end of her tour, and of course fans were quick to ask if the goggles were a new protective measure for the star.
‘Wearing them safety glasses cause she ain’t playing no more!’ joked one fan in the comment section of a video of Bebe performing.
Another added: ‘She’s wearing protective goggles. Smart move!’
A third said: ‘WHAT A QUEEN! still ended tour off strong. that’s a legend 💙’

Bebe isn’t the only one who has been hit by flying objects while performing recently, with fans exhibiting a spate of overly enthusiastic throws.
Beverly Knight spoke out against the strange habit, begging fans to ‘stop’ and to ‘enjoy the music, listen to it, appreciate it.’
In an exclusive interview with Metro.co.uk she added: ‘Can we please get back to being human beings again?’
Kelsea Ballerini was hit in the eye by what is thought to have been a bracelet when performing on Wednesday, June 28, having to get checked by medics before finishing her set.
Not only are objects being thrown but singer Ava Max, 29, was left stunned when a stage invader attacked her.
A meme has erupted online after Pink was handed, thankfully not thrown, a massive wheel of cheese on stage at BST Hyde Park.
The singer also was handed a gig-goer’s mother’s ashes, prompting the baffled star to say ‘‘I don’t know how to feel about that.’
