The Daily Mirror says police are searching a place that the chief suspect in Madeleine McCann’s disappearance called his “paradise”. The operation is the “first major search for Madeleine in nine years”, according to the paper. 

The prime suspect in the case, convicted sex offender Christian Brueckner, described the reservoir as his “little paradise”.
