Emily Clarkson has welcomed her first child. The daughter of Jeremy Clarkson announced the happy news on Sunday and shared a heart-melting snap of herself cradling her newborn in hospital.
The new mum, 27, revealed she’s since retuned home and that both her and her little one – named Arlo – are doing well.
Alongside a black-and-white snap of her hugging Arlo in her hospital bed, Emily – who announced she was expecting her first child with husband Alex Andrew in September– wrote: ‘Arlo Rose Andrew. We’re all doing really well at home and just loving this time hanging out as a family.’
She added: ‘Will be back online in a little bit.’
Announcing the news last year, Emily, who is the eldest daughter of former Top Gear host Jeremy and his ex-wife Frances Cain, took to Instagram to said: ‘We’re so delighted to share that we’re expecting a baby girl in early 2023.’
In a sweet accompanying video, Emily was grinning as she and her publicist husband, 29, cradled held her bump.
Fans and friends rushed to the comments to offer their congratulations, with influencer Fleur De Force writing: ‘Omg omg omg this is INCREDIBLE news – so happy for you guys. CONGRATULATIONS!’
Meanwhile Harry Styles’ sister Gemma penned: ‘Oh massive congrats!’ as model Sasha Pallari added: ‘HE FEEL GOOD FRIDAY WE’VE BEEN WAITING FOR. You were put on this earth to raise a Queen (amongst everything else).’
