Diversity star Ashely Banjo turned from dance judge into student ahead of Friday’s The Graham Norton Show as Elvis actor Austin Butler showed off a stylish move.
The 31-year-old American actor, who received an Oscar nod for his portrayal of the Jailhouse Rock singer, appeared on the BBC One programme beside Michelle Yeoh, Jack Lowden and Dancing on Ice’s Ashley.
Gushing over Austin’s stylish moves in the biopic, Ashley began: ‘I really want to learn that “side winder” move that you did in that clip, can you show me?’
‘I saw it, and I was like, what is that move?’ he went on, admitting how much it would mean to him for Austin to teach him the move.
‘But you’ve got the shoes for it,’ Austin replied as they both got up to take centre-stage.
Showcasing the dance move, Austin swung his arms around and demonstrated with his feet, saying: ‘It’s hard on heels, because you always lose balance, but essentially…’

With Ashley trying to copy, Graham praised: ‘Beautiful!’
Elsewhere on the programme, Austin spoke about how he’s only just started to shake off the King of Rock’s accent.
This comes after fans have been left baffled with the drawl, with one remarking it had ‘got out of hand.’

Austin’s vocal coach has already leaped to the Disney star’s defence, saying it was difficult to ‘switch off’, while the actor himself said that getting Elvis’ deep drawl right was his ‘only focus’ for years.
The Once Upon a Time in Hollywood actor shared another update on his accent, revealing he had ‘damaged’ his vocal cords.
