Can’t get enough of Love Island? Well, it’s only natural, as the all-consuming dating show is rather addictive.
The hit reality show is back for not one, but two series in 2023, the first of which is now well underway, with brand new host Maya Jama.
It’s eight weeks of pure escapism, watching 20-something singletons clad in swimwear lounge around, all the while hooking up, breaking up and making up.
But if watching the show for one hour every evening isn’t enough, there’s also a Love Island podcast called The Morning After to dive into.
So, how can you listen to it, and who are this year’s new hosts?

However, If you prefer, you can listen in on Acast, Spotify, the Love Island app and on various other podcast platforms.
Episodes are released in the mornings, Monday to Saturday, and discuss the previous night’s episode. So, you’ll have a juicy six episodes per week, each lasting around 25 to 40 minutes.
Of course, there is plenty of fan-made Love Island discussion podcasts out there, but this one is ITV’s official offering.
Who are the hosts of the Morning After podcast?
This year, The Morning After podcast has two brand new hosts, Love Island 2022 finalist Indiyah Polack and Made in Chelsea star Sam Thompson.

The pair have replaced previous hosts former Islander Kem Cetinay and broadcaster Arielle Free.
Sam and Indiyah will also join Maya Jama as regular guests on Love Island spin-off show, Aftersun.
In a statement, Indiyah said: ‘Not me teaming up with Sam on the Love Island podcast and getting to be a regular panellist on Aftersun. I genuinely can’t explain how excited I am!!
‘I can’t wait to speak to the Islanders and get all the cheeky goss from their friends and families. It’s gonna be an insane series, I can’t wait!!
Sam added: “It feels like I’m with my family and we’re all in it together and I really like it. We’re all massive fans of the show and it’s really, really nice.’

Indiyah came third in season eight of Love Island, alongside Dami Hope, and the couple remain together today.
Since leaving Love Island, Indiyah has signed lucrative brand deals, including with Pretty Little Thing and Boots.
Sam has starred in Made in Chelsea since 2013 and is currently dating Love Island season four contestant Zara McDermott.
He is also known for finishing in third place on Celebrity Big Brother and has been a contestant on Celebrity Coach Trip and on Celebs Go Dating.
