The Spanish newspaper SPORT leads with Barcelona’s 1-0 win over Getafe in the latest La Liga game.
SPORT says Pedri scored the only goal of the game as Barcelona beat Getafe 1-0 in LaLiga on Sunday.
Raphinha squared for Pedri to turn home his fifth goal of the season in the first half as Barça opened up a six point lead over Real Madrid, who play at Athletic Club later on Sunday.
Barça were without the suspended Robert Lewandowski and Ferran Torres, while Ronald Araujo and Frenkie de Jong were left on the bench as they were not 100 percent fit.
Despite that, Barça enjoyed the better of the game early on without creating any clear chances.
It took a mistake for them to score. Damian Suarez’s pass was cut out by Andreas Christensen and the Dane fed Raphinha to assist Pedri.
Pedri almost undid his good work by playing in Borja Mayoral, but the Getafe striker’s shot was saved by Marc-Andre ter Stegen.
