EastEnders star Rose Ayling-Ellis has stunned fans with a new hair transformation.
The actress, who played Frankie Lewis in the BBC One soap, discussed her new look on social media, writing: ‘New year, New Fringe’, followed by a scissors emoji.
The Strictly Come Dancing champion showed off her new hair in an accompanying snap, confirming that she’s had the front chopped to create a fringe, which frames her face.
Rose’s former EastEnders colleagues commented, with Ash Panesar actress Gurlaine Kaur Garcha writing: ‘so pretty’.
Strictly pro Luba Mushtuk added: ‘stunning’.
Fans also added their thoughts about Rose’s new look, with one penning: ‘Oh Rose ….. such an inspiration!.
‘Your smile alone can open so many doors what is next for you? There must be producers tripping over themselves for your natural talent . Can’t wait to see what you do next.’
Rose joined EastEnders in 2020, and featured in numerous storylines over the next two years, including her character Frankie Lewis finding out that Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) was her biological father.
Her final scenes aired in September 2022, with Frankie changing her surname to Carter as she left the Square.

Rose, meanwhile, competed in the 2021 series of Strictly Come Dancing with professional dancer partner Giovanni Pernice, making history as the first deaf contestant to take part in the show.
The 27-year-old captivated fans with a number of superb ballroom routines including her Foxtrot, Viennese Waltz and American Smooth.

She would go on to achieve the earliest perfect score in Strictly for her Halloween-themed Tango, but it was her Couple’s Choice that truly made history.
Rose picked up the win one of the closest finals in Strictly history, fighting off tough competition from Great British Bake Off winner John Whaite and his partner Johannes Radebe.
