Is Stephen going for good? (Picture: ITV)
It all kicked off in tonight’s Coronation Street as Stephen (Todd Boyce) took matters with Teddy (Grant Burgin) into his own hands.
Having been hit by a van, Teddy was rushed to hospital and put into an induced coma in order to ease the swelling on his brain.
While doctors couldn’t be sure whether or not he would definitely wake up, Stephen wasn’t taking any risks.
Standing over his bedside alone, he admitted to what Teddy had suspected: that he knew what had happened to Leo.
He confessed to killing him accidentally, before apologising for what he was about to do. It was then that he reached across to a button on Teddy’s life support, before being interrupted by Jenny (Sally Ann Matthews).
As if he wasn’t startled enough, Jenny began talking about how coma patients can recall what has been said to them while they were unconcious.
Stephen only became more panicked when Jenny later revealed that the doctors believe that he will wake up if he makes it through the night.

Rattled by this news and encouraged by Adam (Sam Robertson) to pursue a case, Stephen made a phone call to Six Fellas, the pizza place he worked at before crashing their moped.
He insisted that it would be better for them to settle out of court, as he had doubts about whether or not the moped was insured.
They agreed on £10k, and Stephen assured them that this would be the last they heard from him, as he is planning on leaving the UK.
Is Stephen set to leave Weatherfield and his crimes behind and flee before he gets found out?
