Bobby was taken away by the police, much to Mercedes’ horror (Picture: Lime Pictures)
Bobby Costello (Jayden Fox) is seemingly set to pay for his crimes in Hollyoaks, after he was apprehended by authorities at the port trying to flee with mum Mercedes McQueen (Jennifer Metcalfe).
The killer, whose reign of terror commenced at the beginning of the year when he left beloved stepdad Sylver (David Tag) to die in a fire, has since claimed the lives of two more people.
Silas Blissett (Jeff Rawle), the crazed murdered and granddad to Bobby, was killed by the child when he pushed him onto an electrified chessboard.
It was the death of Verity Hutchinson (Eva O’Hara), however, that was arguably the worst of his crimes, as he set out with the intent of ridding the village of the lawyer, who was investigating the deaths of the two aforementioned people.
Bobby’s thirst for blood ultimately proved to be his downfall, as his attempt to kill Felix Westwood (Richard Blackwood) by starting a fire at Price Slice was caught on camera, and despite his efforts to dispose of the footage, Goldie (Chelsee Healey) retrieved the SD card.
John Paul (James Sutton) instructed Goldie to keep Bobby’s actions between them, but knowing Felix was interested to know who nearly killed his son DeMarcus (Tomi Ade), Goldie gave the mechanic the means to watch the CCTV footage from the fire.

Felix, appalled, called the police, who arrived at Prince (Malique Thompson-Dwyer) and Olivia Bradshaw’s (Emily Burnett) wedding, hoping to speak to Bobby.
Bobby, however, had absconded with Mercedes, who demanded that he explain why the police wanted to speak to him, forcing him to admit that he started the Price Slice fire!
Mercedes agreed to help Bobby get out of the country, and thus they headed for the port, but Bobby’s nonchalant attitude over his actions proved worrying to her.
DI Cohen (Ariana Fraval), meanwhile, arrived at the port, knowing full well Bobby and Mercedes would be there, and despite the mother and son’s duo’s best efforts to hide, they were cornered.
