Yes, it’s called The Butts (Picture: North News & Pictures Ltd)
Have you ever wanted to get your hands on The Butts? Well, get your mind out of the gutter because now’s your chance.
The Old School, The Butts, is a 200-year-old former school nestled in one of the UK’s ‘poshest’ neighbourhoods.
The property comes with boat moorings, and the owners will get their own stretch of the River Coquet, with fishing and mineral rights to 7,000ft of the water.
It’s also the only piece of the river that’s privately owned.
The semi-detached Grade II listed property is located in Warkworth village in Northumberland, which was named by Savills estate agents as one of the UK’s ’54 most desirable places to live’.
The medieval town is surrounded by lush rolling countryside, overlooked by a Norman Castle, and full of shops, cafés and three pubs.

‘Everything about The Old School is about the river’ (Picture: North News & Pictures Ltd)
This is the first time The Butts has been put up for sale in 40 years, with current owners Claire and Gareth Wynn, selling it to help out their kids.
Gareth said: ‘Everything about The Old School is about the river.
‘Every day the view is different, sometimes 20 swans glide past, or you spot a deer in the river.

‘Casting a rod from your own jetty and pulling in a salmon for tea, and just being able to get into a motorboat or on the paddle boards without leaving your home is insane.
‘When the tide goes out in the summer we pitch up in our deck chairs and it’s like having your own beach.
More: Lifestyle
‘The kids out with their nets. We can only sell this in the winter, because in the summer we just wouldn’t be able to leave.”
‘Enjoying a gin and tonic by a river, watching the wildlife, the boats and the sunset, it’s very unique. We barely walk to the beach or the marina, because it’s all happening at our own house.’
If you’ve got a spare million (and a bit) that idyllic lifestyle could be all yours.
