A mum was ‘screamed’ and ‘sworn’ at by other parents after she used a sneaky trick to jump a bus queue with her child.
The woman said other parents shamed her as she tried to cleverly dodge a pile-up of buggies at the stop.
When she arrived at the stop she realised there were already two mums with buggies, and knew the driver wouldn’t let them all on the bus.
So she decided to walk around the corner to get on at the previous stop.
She posted online and said: ‘Knowing that the driver wouldn’t let three of us on, I walked round the corner to the previous stop and got on there.’
Posting on Mumsnet’s Am I Being Unreasonable? forum she didn’t think she had done anything wrong.

She also claimed police were called to the incident after one mum tried to ‘shove her’ off the bus.
She said: ‘After picking my child up from her child minder today, I arrived the bus stop to find two women with buggies waiting.
‘Knowing that the driver wouldn’t let three of us on, I walked round the corner to the previous stop and got on there.
When it arrived at the next stop, sure enough only mum was allowed on – the other was told to wait 30 minutes for the next bus.
‘I was screamed at and called a c*** and a queue jumper by one mum who tried to shove me off the bus.’
She added: I don’t think I did anything wrong, nor did the police when they turned up after being called by the driver.
‘What the f*** is wrong with people?’
However, the situation has divided people in the comments, with one mum branding her ‘really selfish’ whilst others called her ‘sneaky’.
Another forum user said: ‘Was your pushchair foldable? You acted knowing that you would be taking the place of someone who had been waiting longer than you.

‘Technically you didn’t break any rules, but you were selfish and sneaky in your actions. If your pushchair was foldable then you could have folded it, put it in the bag bit and held your child.’
However, others think the mum did what she had to to make sure she was able to get on the bus. One person replied to the post: ‘You were smarter than them. I’d have done the same.’
Whilst another said: ‘It’s not queue jumping to get on at an earlier stop. There is nothing which obligates you to board the bus at any particular stop’.
A third added: ‘In my opinion you just did the clever thing. Tough luck to the other one!’.
Whilst another Mum wrote: ‘She put in the steps to get to that other stop, so surely she earned that place on the bus?’
One person pointed out: ‘To be fair, this is why Mums shouldn’t bank on getting the bus together if they both plan on bringing their buggies. It’s just entitled.’
