Dave Chappelle’s Hollywood Bowl attacker has been sentenced to 270 days in county jail.
The comedian, 49, was confronted by Isaiah Lee while he was on stage in May at the famous venue in shocking scenes.
Lee, 24, who has pleaded no contest, was charged with one misdemeanour count each of battery and entering a restricted area during a live event, according to Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.
The plea came nearly two months after a judge rejected the defence’s request for a diversion programme that could have eventually resulted in the dismissal of the charges against Lee.
As it stands, the perpetrator remains behind bars due to an unrelated case in which he is charged with stabbing his roommate at a transitional housing facility last year.

On May 3, Chappelle was attacked by Lee while performing a show for the Netflix Is a Joke Festival.
The comedian was tackled to the ground before being swiftly detained by security guards as the crowd watched on.
Lee was seen leaving the venue on a hospital gurney and was surrounded by police officers as he was loaded onto an ambulance, with what appeared to be a dislocated arm.
Chappelle was not injured and continued with his show that night.
‘Jamie Foxx and Chris Rock helped calm the crowd with humour before Chappelle introduced the last and featured musical guests for the evening,’ a statement read at the time.
‘I don’t know if that was part of the show or… I grabbed the back of that n****s head, his hair was spongy, absorbent,’ Chappelle told the audience shortly after the incident.

‘Listen, I just want to say I’ve had an incredible time. This guy is a genius, we’ve got to protect him at all times, man. This is what it’s about,’ he continued, referring to Foxx.
‘For every comedian that comes out here, this means everything. You’re a genius, you’re a legend, I enjoyed myself thoroughly and we’re not gonna let nothing happen to you.’
Lee is due in court on January 19 regarding his roommate case.
