Scarlette Douglas claims Chris Moyles has been ignoring her messages since they left I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
The A Place In The Sun presenter revealed how she had met the radio star before they found themselves in the jungle together, and they had a ‘really good bond’ on the most recent series of the ITV reality show.
Appearing on the Secure The Insecure podcast, she said: ‘So Chris and I had met on the Ant and Dec Tour, so when I saw him, I was like, “I’ve met you before. We’ve got a mutual friend, I am the voice of Capital Xtra and you are on Radio X next to the Capital Xtra studio”. And he’s like, “No way.” ‘
Despite striking up a friendship, it doesn’t sound like they’ve stayed good pals since returning to the UK.
‘So we had a really good bond since when we were in there. And then since we’ve come out, I kind of message him a bit, and he doesn’t really get back to me,’ she admitted. ‘So if you’re listening, Chris, can you please reply to my voice note?’

The 35-year-old star suggested her former campmate might just be busy or have ‘a lift outside of me sending voice notes’, while she’s still sending clips of her referencing their own little in-jokes.
‘I just think he’s actually busy. And he’s actually got a life outside of me sending voice notes,’ she quipped. ‘But when we were in there, we had this thing. So we both love the Hunger Games.
‘So just randomly we’d whistle the theme, obviously a bit better than that with the whistle. And we would just do that to each other all the time.

‘And that was our thing. So I just send him voice notes during that whistle, and then he just doesn’t actually listen to them.’
One friendship which has definitely lasted beyond I’m A Celebrity is Scarlette and comedian Babatunde Alesha, who actually surprised her during a segment on ITV’s Lorraine on Monday.
The two stars couldn’t stop laughing on the sofa as Lorraine Kelly asked about their friendship after finally meeting for the first time in the Australian jungle.
‘She used to always message me and be like, I wanna be your friend,”‘ Baba quipped. ‘I blocked her and stuff, she made new profiles.’
The pair have met each other’s families and stayed in touch since the ITV reality show, although Scarlette – who admitted she was glad she went out before her friend so that she wasn’t in the jungle without him – jokingly suggested it’s all getting a bit much.
‘I see you all the time, it’s a bit annoying actually,’ she teased.
