Toni Collette has confirmed she has parted ways with her musician husband Dave Galafassi after he was spotted kissing another woman.
The Hereditary actor met the musician at the album launch for his then-band, before tying the knot in a Buddhist ceremony in 2003.
The pair, who lived in LA and Sydney, share two children together, daughter Sage Florence, 14, and son Arlo Robert, 11.
The Unbelievable star, 50, shared a joint statement on Instagram on Thursday revealing the former couple had parted ways after pictures emerged of Dave locking lips with another woman.
They wrote: ‘It is with grace and gratitude that we announce we are divorcing. We’re united in our decision and part with continuing respect and care for each other.
‘Our kids are of paramount importance to us and we will continue to thrive as a family, albeit a different shape.

‘We’re thankful for the space and love you grant us as we evolve and move through this transition peacefully. Big thanks.’
In pictures obtained by the Mail Online, Dave was seen kissing a young woman while they took a dip in the sea in Australia.
They were also seen embracing on Manly Beach as they dried themselves off in the sunshine.

The publication reports that Dave’s new beau is 41-year-old chiropractor Shannon Egan, who lives on Sydney’s northern beaches.
Prior to finding love with Dave, Toni was in a relationship with Irish actor Jonathan Rhys Meyers, 45, after meeting on the set of musical drama film Velvet Goldmine.
The Little Miss Sunshine actor later described the one-year romance as ‘hedonistic, drunken and probably dangerous.’
