Brendan Fraser hit the red carpet for the New York screening of his highly anticipated new film The Whale alongside two very special guests on Tuesday night – his two youngest sons.
Making the event a family affair, Brendan, who himself has avoided the spotlight in recent years, embraced another public appearance, this time alongside his sons Holden, 18, and 16-year-old Leland.
The two teenagers proved to be a chip off the old block, having both inherited their father’s handsome movie star looks, providing a throwback to Brendan’s George of the Jungle days.
While Brendan, 53, kept things classic in a navy pinstripe suit, matching tie and white shirt, while also wearing a pair of thick-rimmed glasses, while Holden and Leland showed off their own distinct styles.
Middle son Leland, who wears his striking red hair shoulder-length, wore a black and maroon patterned shirt under a black jacket with jeans, while Holden chose a grey polo neck, blue suede jacket and dark trousers.
They posed flanking their dad for photos as he continued the rounds for his well-received lead performance in the Darren Aronofsky-directed film, which has already generated plenty of Oscars buzz.

A visibly touched Brendan has also been the recipient of multiple standing ovations by film festival audiences.
The Mummy star shares Holden, Leland and oldest son Griffin, 20, with ex-wife Afton Smith, who he was married to from 1998 until 2007.
He recently spoke about Griffin while discussing his part in The Whale, where he plays 600lb English teacher Charlie, who is trying to reconnect with his estranged daughter, played by Stranger Things star Sadie Sink.

Brendan, who disclosed Griffin was autistic in 2018, told Interview Magazine: ‘I have three kids of my own, my oldest son Griffin has special need – he’s autistic.
‘He just turned 20, he’s a big kid, he’s six foot five, he’s got big hands and feet, a big body. I understand intimately what it is to be close to a person who lives with obesity.’

Sadie was also present at the screening, dressed in a striking black tiered dress, and Brendan has been full of praise for his young co-star previously, revealing he forgot his lines on set because he was so in awe of her.
Brendan was also accompanied by his long-time partner, make-up artist Jeanne Moore, in a blue sequinned dress.
The Whale is scheduled for release in UK cinemas February 3.
