Looks like we’re going to be seeing a lot more of Jill Scott in the near future in comparison to previous I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! winners, following her jungle triumph.
The 35-year-old retired footballer captured the nation’s hearts during her stint in the jungle which saw her scoring 57.66% of the vote with the title coming between her and Hollyoaks actor Owen Warner, after Matt Hancock finished in third place.
After being the first LGBTQ+ woman to be crowned Queen of the Jungle, and her female-led Lioness team beating Germany in the nail-biting Euro’s 2022 final, it seems like the only way is up for Jill, according to CEO and PR specialist Andy Barr
He expects Jill’s opportunities post I’m A Celeb will present a striking contrast to former series champions.
‘Compared with previous winners, Jill has the added benefit that she is also coming off the back of a fantastic sporting win for England and is very much a ‘here and now’ celebrity in her own right – as opposed to previous winners looking to revive a career that has been in the grave for a while,’ he told us.
‘I would anticipate that Jill will be hot property for a whole host of panel shows and celebrity appearances – I hope her agent isn’t too busy, the phone will be ringing off the hook!’

12million votes were cast during Sunday’s final (Picture: ITV)
Jill – who is engaged to Shelly Unitt – was praised by fans for ‘doing the LGBT community proud’ and even having celebrity fans including Lorraine Kelly and Georgia Toffolo rooting for her.
After proving to be such a hit with viewers, Andy is convinced the sat will be bringing in the big bucks pretty soon.
‘Jill would be looking at, at the very least, £20,000 per social campaign,’ he added.
‘This is largely due to an expected ‘in the moment’ bonus coming off the back of her jungle win.’
He continued: ‘Her following has grown over 100% since the start of her stint in the jungle – giving her an increasingly attractive standing for brand partnerships and sponsored posting.’
Only time will tell as to what Jill plans to do next, but we’re here to see more of her on our screens!

During Sunday’s finale, fellow campmate Mike Tindall placed the crown on Jill’s head, she told Ant and Dec: ‘I just can’t believe it!
‘Honestly, I think I’m going to owe my grandma a lot of money for the 12million votes she’s done.’
She added: ‘We were one big team, I don’t think there should be one winner, we couldn’t have got through it without all of us.’
