I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! insiders have rubbished claims that Matt Hancock’s girlfriend Gina Coladangelo is keeping her distance from the other star’s friends and family members.
The former aide arrived in Australia earlier this week in anticipation of her partner’s exit from the ITV series, which is due to end on Sunday, November 27, where presenters Ant and Dec will reveal the winner.
Over the weekend, Ms Coladangelo was pictured with a huge grin on her face as she posed for a picture alongside the cast of 2022’s loved ones.
It was then reported that she was keeping her distance from fellow relatives and close pals.
‘It’s strange that she’s rarely mingled with anyone else so far,’ a source told The Sun.
However, Metro.co.uk understands this is not the case at all.

Ms Coladangelo, 45, landed in Australia earlier this week and has been spending her time alone at the five-star JW Marriott hotel in Surfers Paradise, on Australia’s Gold Coast.
Earlier this week, the businesswoman told the Daily Mirror it would be ‘difficult not to be impressed’ by Hancock’s performance in the show so far.
The MP for West Suffolk was selected for the unpleasant Bushtucker Trials six consecutive times but has dodged them in recent episodes.
‘I have been watching the show, it would be difficult not to be impressed, he has done really well,’ she told the publication.
In June last year, Hancock resigned as health secretary after he was caught breaking coronavirus social distancing rules by having an affair in his ministerial office with Ms Coladangelo, who was his aide at the time.
While Hancock’s place on the show has proved extremely controversial, he has yet to be eliminated from the camp.
