The MTV EMAs 2022 are here, and the stars were out in force on the red carpet, with the likes of Taylor Swift, Rita Ora and her new husband Taika Waititi donning their glad rags.
This year’s event includes a star-studded guest list, with performances from Eurovision Song Contest winners Kalush Orchestra, Lewis Capaldi, Gorillaz, Stormzy, and OneRepublic.
David Guetta, Bebe Rexha, and Armani White will also take to the stage in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Posing up a storm on the carpet and hot off the success of her Midnights album, Taylor was the embodiment of her hit song Bejewelled.
Wearing a low-cut black bodysuit layered with a statement skirt, which was covered in dazzling emeralds, the Anti-Hero hitmaker looked ultra chic.
Forgoing her signature red lip, Taylor opted for a nude pink and dramatic winged liner, styling her blonde locks in a high bun.

This year’s EMAs marks a mega achievement for Taylor, as she dominates with six nominations, including in the best long-form video category.
Also bringing the glamour was host Rita, who made her return after first presenting the ceremony in 2017.
Set to also perform her song RIP to open the show, Rita looked gorgeous in a sheer black jumpsuit adorned with sparkly red and gold floral detailing.

She paired her look with a pair of towering stilettos and flashed a series of playful poses for cameras, undoubtedly in good spirits due to her several nominations and winning the power of music gong.
Standing beside his love, filmmaker Taika cut a dapper figure in a black tux, after wedding the popstar after one year together earlier this year.
They’ve remained rather private about their marriage but, according to reports, they tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in London in September.
