Marius Mihai Dragici, arrested in Romania in August, faces 39 counts of manslaughter
A man has appeared in court accused of manslaughter and being part of the conspiracy that led to the deaths of 39 Vietnamese nationals found in a lorry in Essex.
The victims’ bodies were discovered in a lorry trailer that had been transported by ferry from Zeebrugge in Belgium to Purfleet early on 23 October 2019.
