Matt Willis stripped off for a brisk dip in an ice bath at home, caught on camera by his wife presenter Emma Willis.
Showing off his toned physique, the former Busted member and stage actor wore grey shorts and a chain necklace as he was captured towelling himself off after his plunge.
The couple were also joined in their garden by 2020 I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! winner Giovanna Fletcher, who was seen laughing as she high fived Matt after his ice bath, which he exclaimed was ‘so cold’.
Emma, who has ruled herself out of hosting Big Brother when it returns for its television relaunch next year, shared the clip on her Instagram story, where she encouraging their mate to have a go too, joking: ‘Come on Gi!’
‘Aw guys if only I brought my swimming costume,’ Giovanna quipped, according to OK!
‘Next time @mrsgifletcher,’ Emma captioned the video.

Matt, 39, recently opened up on his relationship with fitness, after entering rehab back in 2005 to help tackle his alcoholism.
He told host Fearne Cotton on her Happy Place podcast: ‘Exercise was a big thing for me… when I found it I was completely and utterly addicted to it.
‘It was great because everything about it was positive. And then it became a problem where if I didn’t or something got in the way of it, I was triggered or I became angry or upset.’
He continued: ‘Everything that takes me away from feeling the way I feel is a problem for me because I cannot deal with how I feel, so I will do anything possible to take that away and change the way I feel.’

Matt is to tackle his alcohol addiction battle head on in a new BBC documentary expected to hit TV screens in 2023.
Taking to Instagram earlier this week, the music star posted: ‘Hello everyone my names Matt and I am an Addict.. [sic] I have said that so many times in the last 18 years it has sometimes become my default when I have to introduce myself. You would think after this amount of time in some kind of recovery. (A lot of in and out) I would know how to deal with my head? But that sneaky b*****d still f**ks with me almost daily.

‘I still struggle, a lot at times. I know I’m not alone, and I’m determined to look at how myself and others can learn to live with this…’
Addressing his upcoming programme, he added: ‘In a new doc I’m making, Matt Willis: Addiction and Me, I’m going to be opening up about the past, and my battle with addiction to drugs and alcohol, and how it can still be a daily struggle. It’s incredible to be given such a huge platform as BBC One to talk about ways to help get addicts and families of addicts the help they so desperately need…’
