A knife-wielding man who was shot and killed by officers outside a police station in Derby had been tackled with a stun grenade, baton round and stun gun before the fatal shot was fired, the police watchdog has said.
Marius Ciolac, 35, died in hospital on Friday morning after being shot by armed police outside Ascot Drive police station.
