Archie’s parents to make latest last-ditch legal bid hours before his care ends
The Metro says Archie Battersbee’s parents are set to submit another legal application in their latest bid to postpone the withdrawal of his life support.
The family need to get the latest last-ditch bid, this time to the European Court of Human Rights, filed by 9am this morning, to avoid the 12-year-old’s care being terminated at 11am today.
Assuming they apply in time, Archie’s care could be extended into this afternoon and beyond.
The youngster has been in a coma since he was found unconscious by his mum in April.
