Pakistan’s PM Imran Khan arrived in Saudi Arabia on Saturday to meet Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
In a meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries and aspects of cooperation in different areas.
They looked into regional and international developments and other issues of common interest.

Pakistan’s PM Imran Khan landed in Saudi Arabia’s capital Riyadh, Imran Khan visited the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah.
In a statement issued on Friday, Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry said that the visit was “part of the regular exchanges between the leadership of Pakistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.”
“The consultations will cover bilateral matters and recent developments in the regional context,” it added.
Additionally, the prime minister called for resolving the Middle East disputes and differences through diplomatic means.
The prime minister said he would continue to facilitate all efforts in that direction with a view to precluding conflict, defusing tensions and preserving peace for the benefit of the region and the world.
During his meeting with the Saudi crown prince in Riyadh, the premier emphasized upon the strategic importance of Pakistan-Saudi relationship and termed it a pivotal partnership for peace, progress and prosperity.
The prime minister’s trip follows Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi’s visit earlier this week. The Foreign Minister held a meeting with his Saudi counterpart, Prince Farhan bin Abdullah, to review bilateral relations between the two countries and to discuss regional and international developments.
