Tammy Slaton was reduced to tears after she was surprised by her loved ones, ahead of her weight loss surgery.
The 1000-Lb Sisters star recently revealed that she had smashed her weight loss efforts recently, after nearly losing her life in a worrying health scare.
After a lot of hard work, the 36-year-old revealed that she had lost nearly 200lbs, meaning that she was able to go under the knife.
In an emotional clip from next week’s episode, obtained by People Magazine, the TLC star was met by her family as she made her way to the hospital for her bariatric surgery.
Taking in their cheers, confetti and signs wishing her luck, she told the camera: ‘All my family were trying to make me cry, damn it. I was scared enough…
‘They had a poster for me to read that everybody wrote a little something on there to celebrate me. I mean, b*****s this is about me at the end of the day because I’m queen.’

It was a poignant day for the reality star, as it marked the first time she was able to meet her nephew, Glenn.
‘That’s what keeps me going,’ she continued. ‘I really do appreciate everybody coming. I needed them. I needed to know that they love me no matter what.
‘I needed to know that they’re here for me. They love me. That’s one of the biggest drives, the biggest thing to help push me through to get to where I am now.’

‘I am nervous for Tammy,’ she added. ‘Anything could happen during surgery. I couldn’t picture a life without my sister.’
Tammy previously weighed 717lbs before working hard on her transformation while at a food rehab center.
Cameras were on hand to capture the moment she stepped on the scales at the doctors office, where she learned of her weight loss.

‘When I got on the scale and I saw the scale was at 534.7, I kind of stopped breathing for a second,’ she said in a recent episode. ‘I’m like 14lbs under my goal weight. From over 700, that’s a huge drop.
‘I did that! I’m feeling thrilled, proud, excited – just all the emotions.
‘I proved everybody wrong. Everybody that doubted me, I finally got my told-you-so moment!’
1000Lb Sisters airs on Tuesdays on TLC at 9pm ET/PT.
