WWE paid tribute to Bray Wyatt on SmackDown this week and the surviving members of the Wyatt Family were there to pay their respects.
Erick Rowan and Braun Strowman were front and centre on the stage as the entire roster was visibly devastated following the death of the former world champion aged 36 just one day after Hall of Famer Terry Funk died aged 79.
Friday’s show was in both men’s memory, with Wyatt in particular remembered throughout the night.
With everyone gathered on the stage at the beginning for a 10 bell salute and moment’s silence, fans were glad to see Strowman and Rowan on the stage alongside the likes of Triple H and Bobby Lashley.
The pair are the only surviving members of legendary WWE group the Wyatt Family, following Bray’s death this week and the passing of Luke Harper (Brodie Lee) in December 2020.
Strowman is currently out of action due to an injury, while Rowan hasn’t appeared in WWE since his release in April 2020.

However, both men paid their respects on Friday and shared a powerful moment together as a photo has surfaced of them hugging each other on what was an incredibly tough night.
The show proved to be a fitting tribute to Wyatt, with the closing moments showing his signature lantern in a smoke-filled ring, with his silhouette and logo on the big screen.
The arena was lit by the audience’s phones – affectionately known as Wyatt’s Fireflies – as chants of ‘Thank you Bray’ rang out.

Throughout the night, WWE gave a nod to the hype surrounding Wyatt’s most recent comeback in October 2022, as they used QR codes to lead viewers to videos of his greatest moments.
And in the main event, LA Knight (Wyatt’s final opponent) beat Finn Balor (The Fiend’s first opponent) following a heartbreaking but powerful speech from the megastar reflecting on their rivalry earlier in the year.
