Victoria Beckham has warned there will be ‘tears’ in her upcoming tell-all Netflix documentary.
The former Spice Girl is set to lift the lid on her daily life as the founder and creative director of her self-titled beauty and fashion brands.
However, it’s also likely to get personal, too, the mother-of-four has revealed in a new interview.
‘To be honest, I wasn’t sure anybody would really want to see what I do every day,’ Victoria told Bloomberg UK, revealing it was her husband David Beckham, 50, who convinced her to do the documentary.
Victoria has thought ‘long and hard’ about it, but figured now was the time to do it.
‘I’ve been very defined by a four-year period in my life when I was in the Spice Girls, and I am so proud of that. But with that came all the preconceptions,’ she said.

She explained how now – with 20 years of fashion designing under her belt – she feels ‘confident enough’ in her brand that she can talk about the ‘struggles’ of her business candidly, without worrying about what damage it could cause.
Asked if the documentary gets emotional, she said: ‘There are tears. And it did occur to me the other day, what am I going to think when I see those tears on a huge screen? Or on an iPhone? To be completely honest, I am in the hands of the editor now.’
Quizzed on whether David will be in the documentary, Victoria said he was filmed along with her children as they are a ‘huge’ part of her work and life, but she doesn’t know what will make the final cut.
This comes after reports of a feud between David and Victoria and their eldest Brooklyn Beckham.
What is the Beckham’s ‘feud’ all about?
There have been rumours of fallouts ever since Brooklyn, 26, married Nicola Peltz, 30, three years ago, and speculation has mounted over the past few weeks after he was absent from David’s big 50th celebrations.
A source told Metro that Brooklyn is keen to patch things up with his father and was sad not to attend his big bash.
And an insider explained that Victoria was desperately hoping her son will ‘come around’.
‘She’s hoping Brooklyn will come around and see things for what they are,’ they said. ‘They’ve always been a close-knit family and seeing how things are now has been devastating for Victoria and David.’
Then Brooklyn appeared to make a dig at his parents, as he shared a video of himself and Nicola on Instagram with a caption vowing to always ‘choose [her]’.

He wrote: ‘My whole world x I will love you forever x I always choose you baby x you’re the most amazing person i know xx me and you forever baby.’
A source told Metro that Brooklyn’s words have brought the rift back into the spotlight.
‘Victoria is upset that things have escalated to this point. Brooklyn has made his position clear in his recent post and that has left both herself and David heartbroken,’ the insider shared.
‘They will always be there for Brooklyn, and as Victoria said in a recent interview, she’s a brilliant mum to her children – they all mean the world to her.
A source close to Brooklyn told Metro: ‘It’s sad that a simple statement of love and appreciation for his wife is being manipulated into something that it isn’t.’
VB’s Netflix debut comes after the huge success of David’s series about his life, simply titled Beckham, in which Victoria stole the most iconic moment.
In it, she can be heard telling the camera about her ‘working class’ upbringing, before David pokes his head around the door and says, ‘Be honest!’
‘I am being honest,’ replies the ex-popstar, before David asks: ‘What car did your dad drive you to school in?’
After much back and forth, Victoria eventually admitted: ‘Okay, in the 80s my dad had a Rolls Royce.’
