Two men who have been arrested in connection with the torched volunteer ambulances run by the Jewish community have been released on bail.
The men, aged 45 and 47, were arrested yesterday morning on suspicion arson with intent to endanger life.
It came as four ambulances belonging to Hatzola Northwest’s fleet were firebombed in an antisemitic attack outside a Golders Green synagogue at around 1.40am on Monday.
The fire is being treated as an ‘anti-Semitic hate crime’ and counter-terrorism police are investigating, the Met Police said.
The two men arrested, both British nationals, have since been released on bail.
