Get ready for a trip to the back of the wardrobe in search for those Dappy hats because it’s official: a new N-Dubz album is on the way.

The news was confirmed by Tulisa, who shared that the London hip hop trio had spent the last five weeks adding the finishing touches to the record.

Their last album to date, Love Live Life, was released in 2010, a year that saw Tulisa, Dappy, and Fazer notch four top 20 hits in the UK.

By the time they went on hiatus in 2011, the group had achieved 10 top 40 hit singles and three top 20 albums – two of the albums were certified Platinum.

In 2022, the band announced a comeback single, Charmer, and a headline Back to the Future UK tour, which played to sold out arenas around the country.

Since the tour, news has been thin on the ground, but it appears N-Dubz have been quietly working away in the studio, with more new music on the way.

Posting to Instagram, Tulisa said: ‘Come take a little tour of the N-Dubz residential recording studio during down time after the freestyle shoot.’

She continued: ‘We just spent 5 weeks here finishing recording the new N-Dubz album. T’was an experience, what a trip! Good times!’

Tulisa then teased fans by saying she can’t wait for everyone to hear the album, which currently has title and no release date.

Naturally, her followers expressed excitement and delight at the news. ‘Yessss, love this’, one fan commented, while another said: ‘So excited for this!’

When one fan asked if a name for the album had been decided, Tulisa confirmed that the trio had decided on a title but weren’t revealing it just yet.

Although they weren’t the principal act on the song, N-Dubz did land a UK number one with Tinchy Stryder when his song Number 1 topped the charts in 2009.

Last month, Fazer shared a video of his newborn twins. Partner Ashley Havelin and Fazer, whose real name is Richard Rawson, announced the happy news on Instagram.
