There were no casualties or damage at the Muwaffaq Salti Air Base, which serves as the US Central Command in Jordan.

The US Central Command confirmed that all five Iranian missiles were intercepted during the attack on American forces in Jordan. US forces remain vigilant and at a high state of readiness following the ongoing tensions over the Strait of Hormuz.

President Donald Trump stated that the US will continue to respond forcefully to Iran, asserting, “We’ll be hitting them hard” and maintaining that peace talks will proceed despite ongoing tensions. The US Central Command confirmed that all five Iranian missiles fired at American forces in Jordan were successfully intercepted, with no reported casualties or damage.

What remains unclear — It is uncertain what specific military actions the US plans to undertake following the recent missile strike on American forces.

President Donald Trump has declared the US is going to ‘beat the f***ing s***’ out of Iran as the war shows no sign of slowing down.

The threat was issued on Wednesday morning on Fox News after a missile strike on American forces in Jordan overnight.

Tension has continued with disputes over the Strait of Hormuz ongoing for several months, and talks stalled over the vital waterway, in which multiple cargo ships have been attacked by Iran.

Trump added: ‘We’ll be hitting them hard. They’re going to get a beating.’

The US Central Command claimed all five Iranian missiles were successfully intercepted during the ‘surprise attack’.

It’s not believed there were any casualties or damage to Muwaffaq Salti Air Base which serves as the US Central Command in Jordan.

‘U.S. forces remain vigilant and at a high state of readiness,’ the official X page posted, confirming the attack at 5.45pm ET.

Earlier this month, Trump told Iran to ‘behave’ and warned that more US strikes would cripple the country, targeting bridges and power plants unless they back down.

It comes after Iran reportedly encouraged supporters of the Islamic regime to assassinate the President’s wife and son, titled ‘How to Kill Melania Trump’.

Despite this recent attack, Trump did say the peace talks will continue and the US are ‘going to let them keep talking’.
