Trump ‘flirting with treason’ by refusing to confirm peaceful White House exit
Massachusetts senator Elizabeth Warren has accused President Trump of “flirting with treason” after he refused to commit to a peaceful transition of power should he lose the November presidential elections to Joe Biden.
The president told a rally crowd in Jacksonville, Florida, on Thursday that the ballot’s outcome will determine “whether we end the pandemic.” The US coronavirus death toll has surpassed 200,000 under his leadership and he claims his DC rivals are holding up progress on a vaccine.

Trump claimed he was a victim of a “political hit” on the issue, accusing the US FDA of making approval standards more stringent for drug companies in order to delay the release of a Covid-19 vaccine until after the election.
