    Several of Tuesday’s front pages cover comments from Chancellor Rishi Sunak as he vows to tackle borrowing whilst fixing public finances. Insulate Britain’s latest protest is featured on the Daily Star, and the Guardian leads with the Pandora Papers leak. 

    Rishi Sunak refuses to block Universal Credit Cut & Insulate Britain strike again!

    The chancellor says stacking up the bills for future generations is immoral, the Daily Express reports. Whilst the Daily Mirror reports on the chancellor’s refusal to block the £20-a-week universal credit cut.

    The Daily Star reports on the latest protest by Insulate Britain, saying that the activists refused to let an ambulance through. The founder of Extinction Rebellion has said activists from Insulate Britain should refuse to let ambulances through during their protests, according to Metro.

    The Daily Mail leads with the prime minister’s call for office workers to return to their desks.

    The Guardian leads with more on the Pandora Papers, which reveal alleged links between some Tory donors and corruption.

    Hospital managers who fail to clear NHS backlogs will be sacked under government plans for reform, according to The Times.

    The Sun says that Dame Arlene Phillips will join the judging panel of Dancing On Ice.
