Thomas Muller sends message to Arsenal star after Champions League draw
Thomas Muller is relishing Bayern Munich’s Champions League tie against Arsenal and a potential reunion with Kai Havertz.
The Gunners reached the last eight of Europe’s elite club competition for the first time in 14 years on Tuesday following their nerve-shredding penalty shootout win over Porto.
Bayern’s route to the last eight was a little more straightforward, although they were forced to overturn a first leg deficit in order to beat Lazio on aggregate.
Muller, meanwhile, was part of the Bayern side that thrashed Arsenal 10-2 over two legs back in 2017 but he is envisaging a much tougher tie this time around.
