Life comes at you fast – and by life, we mean the British weather. It was a mere few weeks ago we were wearing shorts in the park.
Now, almost overnight, the mercury has dropped and temperatures are expected to plummet.
Good thing then the folks at Aldi are kindly returning one of their most popular winter must-buys – an electric heated throw.
The Kirkton House Heated Throw, which is wearable, won’t break the bank as it costs around 2p an hour to run.
Don’t run to your nearest Aldi just yet though as the device is some weeks away from being in stores. The blanket, which Aldi says will be priced at £39.99, is set to come back to stores at the end of November.
As the popular winter item returns, it will look a little different to previous iterations. In the past you might have purchased the item with sleeves.
However, the latest edition does not have the sleeves, meaning you have more moving room and can cosy up with others underneath it.

Heated throws and blankets have been rising in popularity recently, especially given that they are a cheaper way to get warm, without needing to heat up the whole house.
Money saving expert Martin Lewis also recommended using personal heating items as an alternative to heating the whole home amid rising energy costs.
Users who bought the blanket took to Facebook group Extreme Bargaining and Savings to rave about the item.
One person wrote: ‘After Martin Lewis’s recommendations for keeping warm and using an electric blanket if you only need to be warm in one room…bingo!’
Another echoed the sentiment, saying: ‘I have this and absolutely love it!’
